    After several years of struggling with anoxeria/bulimia, I came across a book about 2 months ago that literally changed my life — I now identify as fulling recovered and am so happy to be an increasingly healthy-thinking, healthy-feeling version of me. Kathryn Hansen’s book, Brain Over Binge, provides a really different way of thinking about eating disorders that helped break (for me, at least) a seemingly endless and only somewhat-effective cycle of therapy and relapses. Hopefully it will help someone else as well!!!
